My name is Tim Marr. I was born and raised on North Shore of Oahu! My father was one of the original ironman athletes in the early years.  I was introduced to triathlon at a young age but like most young kids triathlon seemed too difficult. Surfing was fun and through high school it was my major passion. A few years later I attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo on the Big Island and found my love for discipline and dedication. I started to have less long nights out on the town and more early morning bikes, and swims. Just one year after taking triathlon serious I went professional in 2005. Now I am a pro triathlete with big dreams and motivation to do something special.
